We have many high-resolution images and videos from across the region in our media library. You can access these media files through our online media library Free of charge! New users are required to create an account in order to download images and video to use for your own business. After you log in the first time, a request to approve your access to the system will be sent to SWOTC staff. Once you have approval, you will be able to browse the extensive library. Please review the Terms & Conditions for media use.
Watch this How-To video to see how our Media library works:
Once you gain access it’s really quite simple:
- Search for photos by using the search bar at the top or by using the categories on the left hand side.
- Select the photos and the size of photos you would like to download.
- When you’re done, go to the download queue and hit download on the photos you wish to download. This will trigger a message to SWOTC staff to approve your request. We want to monitor who is using what photos for what purposes to ensure that we don’t have everyone using the same photos. Please allow us 1-2 business days to complete this process.
If you have any questions or issues with the media library system, please contact JT Uppal.
OTMPC recently unveiled a redesigned and refreshed imageontario.com. Enhancements improve behind-the-scenes functionality resulting in a more streamlined and efficient experience for users accessing Image Ontario digital assets. Imageontario.com now features, in addition to thousands of appealing visuals, access to online video and multimedia, an enhanced search function to access information in both English and French, and a streamlined, single registration process to access both tourismpartners.com and imageontario.com.
The imageontario.com redesign was part of the final phase of OTMPC’s seven year transformation of its Tourism Consumer Information System (TCIS). The transformed TCIS adds further functionality to modernize the system in order to remain competitive in today’s global tourism arena and maintain the position of Ontario’s $28 billion tourism industry.
