Partner Content Intake Request

We all have amazing stories to tell and we know that travel-related storytelling, in all its many forms, is of great interest to our consumers. Southwest Ontario Tourism Corp. has identified seven themes in which to group experiential content. We are looking to you, our industry partners, to help us tell your stories by providing your best products/experiences below. Your input will help our content needs, from feeding posts on social, blog and the website to our email marketing content and campaigns.

Please fill in the appropriate information in the themes that are relevant to your business and submit to by January 25th.

Co-Branded Email Blasts

Looking to promote your Waterfront or Beer, Wine and Culinary experiences to a qualified audience? Southwest Ontario Tourism Corporation (SWOTC) is now giving you access to its extremely qualified audience of over 49,000 email subscribers. Partner with SWOTC in an e-blast that features your content to this database. You are in charge of the content and SWOTC will program into its existing email template with all links going to the website of your choosing. Deployment dates from May 1st, 2018 to March 31st, 2019.

Co-op Social Media Contests


Take advantage of the Ontario’s Southwest Facebook qualified audience of 38,000+ and boost your email database with co-op social media contests. SWOTC will do all the programming and host the contest. All entrants will be signing up for your email database so you will be growing your lists. There is no fee to participate, you just have to provide the prize. Six spots available so sign-up today.

Partner Offers Program


SWOTC invites you to participate in our upcoming marketing campaigns. Offers will be published on and traffic will be pushed to these offers with multi-channel digital campaigns. The target markets for these campaigns are nearby US States, Michigan, Ohio, and Western New York, the GTA, and Southern Ontario markets outside of Ontario’s Southwest.

How You Can Participate
An integral part of the campaign is the call-to-action to the consumer in the form of tourism product offers that will be promoted on and linked to the operator’s website for fulfillment. We are looking for you, the tourism operator, to supply these offers and deals for inclusion in campaigns. We encourage you to participate, at no cost to you, and to leverage this investment to help drive traffic to your business. Each industry partner will be permitted to submit up to 5 unique offers for inclusion in the campaign.

You could qualify to list your business or event on our regional tourism website: Please see the Guidelines and Criteria for Submissions to see if your submission meets the set guidelines.
