About the Project:
Ontario’s Southwest (OSW) Regional Tourism Organization is seeking a consultant to deliver a structured support program aimed at helping a minimum of 10 businesses to improve their digital presence. This includes enhancements to their website and social media. A key focus is ensuring the program is flexible enough to accommodate the capacity constraints of small business operators. OSW is open to recommendations from the consultant regarding the structure, and delivery approach of the program to maximize value for participating businesses.
